Stress & Anxiety Strategies

Is controlling stress and managing anxiety a factor in everyday life? Some clients have difficulty leaving their homes or finding the energy or ability to navigate the community.

Our therapists are with those clients every step of the way to help them identify anxiety triggers and then to develop strategies as they go out with the clients into their home and the community.

We work with clients to build on successes by, first and foremost, establishing a trusting relationship. Once we have built  that trust, we can then work on providing just the right challenge, combined with the necessary compensatory strategies, to help clients get back into their communities.

Gradually, our therapists help clients learn how to manage being back in the public setting so that they can get back to the job of life.
