Where We Are

Treatment Locations:

Currently, we are only offering home and community based treatment intervention.  Our treatment occurs in the cities where our clients live, work, and play.  Our therapists will travel to a location that best suits the client’s rehabilitation needs.

Where Do We Travel?

Life Skills Community Rehabilitation and Associates, LLC provides occupational therapy services at home and in the community of each one of our clients. Our office is currently based in Chelsea, Michigan and services clients within a 60-mile radius. As our team of dedicated therapists expands, so will the coverage area we can service.

We are currently servicing the following counties:

Genesee, Ingham, Jackson, Lenawee, Livingston, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, Wayne & Washtenaw *
